The courses are geared towards adult learning with participatory approaches. Participants are encouraged to add their experience and knowledge to the course content in discussions, debates and group work. Topics covered are backed by real examples and relate to the participants’ field of research where applicable.
Before the course, participants submit specific questions and their specific topic preferences by email or via an online survey; the course content will be adjusted accordingly. Participants receive reading material to be discussed during the course as well as a course summary with extracts of their achievements.
